To ensure the quality of our services we also use certifications. This is of course not sufficient to cope with the diverse challenges coming up in the daily project life.
Certificates are often linked to the obligation to comply with professional and ethical standards and with the need to follow a regular training schedule to keep an active certification.
PMI can be mentioned here by way of example with the "Code of ethics and professional conduct" and the required re-certification every three years.
